Recently, one of the many happy Brock Built homeowners,
Jacqueline Witherspoon, was interviewed by the Atlanta Journal Constitution for
their weekly Homefinder section. In the article, Jacqueline details the process
of finding her perfect new place at Brock Built's popular community of Smyrna, Georgia homes,
Belmont Chase.
Even though Jacqueline was a first-time buyer at the age of
50, she had always dreaming of owning her own home. However, since she lived in
New York where the cost of living is higher for the majority of her life, she
had never been able to turn her dreams into a reality. After a change in her
family situation and with a little encouragement from her niece, she decided to
take her search south.
Her house hunt consisted of a long weekend filled with
plenty of showings, but none of the places caught her eye. Finally, at the very
last home she saw, she made an instant connection. This home, which is located
in Brock Built's Belmont Chase community, had everything she wanted including a
master on the main, extra bedrooms upstairs and plenty of square footage.
Since moving into her Atlanta new home in August, she
has added her own flair to the home with pieces of art from Africa, lithographs
and even the vase from the community's model. In addition, she choose to
include the builder's hardwood and granite countertop upgrades.
Belmont Chase is a delightful community in an excellent Cobb
County location. With craftsman style homes priced from the low $200,000s, a
wide array of floor plans and plenty of design options, buyers can truly create
the home they've always imagined.
