New Yorker Chooses Smyrna as First Home Location

Recently, one of the many happy Brock Built homeowners, Jacqueline Witherspoon, was interviewed by the Atlanta Journal Constitution for their weekly Homefinder section. In the article, Jacqueline details the process of finding her perfect new place at Brock Built's popular community of Smyrna, Georgia homes, Belmont Chase.

Even though Jacqueline was a first-time buyer at the age of 50, she had always dreaming of owning her own home.
