The Orchards Group Announces Construction at New Active Adult Community

Construction has begun in The Orchards Group’s newest active adult community, The Orchards of Stoney Point. Now, nearly 50 percent of the clubhouse has already been completed, meaning the amenities will be fully functional and ready to be used by The Orchards of Stoney Point’s first residents.

“As the focal point of the social scene, we understand that the value of having the amenity package operational when the first homeowners move in,” explained Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing with The Orchards Group. “Thanks to the mid-September start date, the amenities will be open by the time the first homes are complete.”

There are many features residents will get to enjoy at the new clubhouse. Final Homes Remain at Cherokee County Active Adult Community

New homes are in short supply at The Orchards Group’s Cherokee County active adult community, The Orchards of East Cherokee, as just four homes remain! The final four homes showcase the builder’s popular ranch condominium floor plans, which are priced from the $220,000s through the $250,000s. With construction on the last building of ranch condominiums already underway, all of the homes will be complete and homeowners moved-in by the end of December!
