The Orchards Group Announces Construction at New Active Adult Community

Construction has begun in The Orchards Group’s newest active adult community, The Orchards of Stoney Point. Now, nearly 50 percent of the clubhouse has already been completed, meaning the amenities will be fully functional and ready to be used by The Orchards of Stoney Point’s first residents.

“As the focal point of the social scene, we understand that the value of having the amenity package operational when the first homeowners move in,” explained Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing with The Orchards Group. “Thanks to the mid-September start date, the amenities will be open by the time the first homes are complete.”

There are many features residents will get to enjoy at the new clubhouse. A grand room will be available to host large community gatherings and a sitting room will allow for more intimate gatherings or just relaxing. Other features include a spacious kitchen that may be used to accommodate preparations for a party, a fitness center and The Orchards Group’s first saltwater swimming pool!

The Orchards Group has also begun construction on The Orchards of Stoney Point’s five model homes. Two unique design collections will be featured among these homes. The Southern Heritage Collection includes ranch condominium plans for two of the model homes, while three will showcase the master-on-the-main townhome plans from the Arbors Collection.

In total, The Orchards Group has sold 28 new homes at The Orchards of Stoney Point. This means that more than 20 percents of these charming homes have already been sold! Prices for homes in this community will range from the $270,000s through the $380,000s. The Orchards of Stoney Point is located just south of Peachtree Parkway (Highway 141) and only one mile east of GA 400 at exit 13.
