New homes are in short supply at The Orchards Group’s
Cherokee County active adult community, The Orchards of East Cherokee, as just
four homes remain! The final four homes showcase the builder’s popular ranch
condominium floor plans, which are priced from the $220,000s through the
$250,000s. With construction on the last building of ranch condominiums already
underway, all of the homes will be complete and homeowners moved-in by the end
of December!
The final four homes feature a combination of the Ashewood,
Charleston and Beaumont plans.
The Charleston plan is a two bedroom and two bathroom home that
also has a flexible den space. This ranch condominium will be move-in ready in
mid-November.
Featuring a screened porch perfect for enjoying the cooler
fall weather, the Ashewood plan has two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main
level. The second level has an activities room with a full third bathroom. The
Ashewood plan will be available in mid-October.
The final two homes showcase the Beaumont plan, a two
bedroom and two bathroom plan. The first Beaumont plan will be available in
mid-November, while the second home will be completed by the end of December.
The new homeowners at The Orchards of East Cherokee will be
able to enjoy low-maintenance living, as all landscape and exterior building
maintenance is taken care of. This will give them plenty of extra time to
participate in the community’s active social scene, which includes a variety of
resident events, activities and social clubs, as well as enjoy the many
amenities available that perfectly complement the active adult lifestyle. Amenities
at The Orchards of East Cherokee include a spacious clubhouse, which is
complete with a gourmet kitchen, media room and fitness center. Outside, the
community features a swimming pool and a relaxing waterfall plaza.
