Final Forsyth County New Homes at Wallace Run

New homes in Forsyth County
Wilson Parker Homes recently interviewed one of their most successful agents, Britt Amtower, who is the sales representative at their popular Wallace Run community.

Here's a look at what Britt had to say:

1.     Tell us more about yourself/your career. I have been in sales for more than 20 years with experience in both property management and onsite new construction.

2.     When did Wallace Run open? Wallace Run opened along with Wilson Parker Homes in April of 2011.

3.     Why do you think the homes have been so popular with buyers? The standard features of these homes include some of the most sought-after appointments by buyers such as coffered ceilings; coved crown molding; six-inch baseboards throughout the home; granite countertops; stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, washer and dryer; extensive hardwood flooring including the foyer, extended foyer, powder room, kitchen and breakfast area; tile in all full baths; wrought-iron balusters; open tread stained grade stairs and so much more. All of these have made these homes a truly easy sale.

4.     What is your favorite feature of the community? I love the easy access to the Alpharetta Greenway and the close proximity to Exit 12 off of Georgia 400.

5.     How many homes remain and when do you expect them to be sold out? We currently have four remaining opportunities--two basement homes and two slab homes.

6.     Describe the remaining opportunities for buyers. We have one of our most popular floorplans, the Denmark, which boasts 3,517 square feet with a separate office on the main level, a very large secondary media room upstairs and a huge master bedroom with a sitting room. This home is being built on a slab and on a basement homesite, and construction has already begun. We also will have our Crawford plan that is 2,632 square feet with a beautiful two-story family room, all hardwood floors on the main level and a chefs kitchen. The fourth and final home will be our Richland plan spanning 2,777 square feet with all of the included features that were listed above coming in under the $250,000 price point. All four are an incredible deal for this part of Forsyth county!

With only four homes left, come see why in 2012 alone Wilson Parker Homes sold more than 45 new homes in Forsyth County at this stunning community! They are the proud recipient of The Sterling Award for their 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program, and are the only builder in Georgia to provide a buyback guarantee.
